Not resolved

I have had two problems with Europcar Heathrow and vow never to use them again. The latest was at Heathrow where they refused to provide me with a vehicle I'd paid for as I did not have my paper part of the license.

Then they said they would've accepted only my photo licence if I'd flown into Heathrow directly - but as I came from London I had no excuse - no logic to their argument. Went next door to enterprise and no problems at all.

Throughout the process the staff were very rude and kept me a long time in the ***. No refund.

Monetary Loss: $110.
