We rented a 7 passenger vehicle in Geneva airport last month - despite email correspondence with their customer service before our trip assuring us this vehicle would fit us and our luggage - they rented us a car that was way too small. To get a one class upgrade to a vehicle that would still be too small, they ask for 2x the price of our original booking.

I spent 4 days off and on with their customer service, including the Geneva station manager, with no resolution. Will never rent with them again - classic bait and switch, and completely uncaring customer support.
