Europcar - Took money from my account without permission or explanation
Hired a car at Seville airport on 5th October after pre-paying everything up front including full insurance. Nice lady behind counter told me she had upgraded me to a bigger car free of charge (car was not much bigger and was dented and scratched).
Returned the car 10th October and flew home. 14th October Europcar removed ยฃ84.90 from my bank account without explanation or reason.
I have written to them via email to two separate addresses and posted on their Facebook site. No response so far.
I urge anyone who has had a similar problem to report it to Europcar.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $85.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Europcar Pros: Quick at airport.
Europcar Cons: Additional charges, Rippoff.
