Hired a car at Seville airport on 5th October after pre-paying everything up front including full insurance. Nice lady behind counter told me she had upgraded me to a bigger car free of charge (car was not much bigger and was dented and scratched).
Returned the car 10th October and flew home. 14th October Europcar removed £84.90 from my bank account without explanation or reason.
I have written to them via email to two separate addresses and posted on their Facebook site. No response so far.
I urge anyone who has had a similar problem to report it to Europcar.
