Rented the car in London at a premium price due to the fact we where going to France. We drove the car which seemed okay but just before parking it the manual transmission was strange, Parked car for 5 days then when on our way for the rest of the trip, got on the freeway and realized something was wrong with the car.
Euro car stated that they couldn't help us in England that we needed to speak to someone in France NO ONE in FRENCH at euro car spoke English and would hang up. We where left stranded for hours. KEPT CALLING and they said someone was on the way and there was no one for more then 6 hours. This was just the beginning of problems which took days to sort out.
Now I'm back home this is months later they are BILLING ME FOR DAMAGES,I was never in an accident.When we opened up the hood of the car there was NO CLUTCH FLUID. THIS WAS DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE ON THEIR SIDE.
