Happened September 2017 after I had hired a europcar for 2 weeks.Received parking ticket in Wales of which I was unaware until europcar sent me the ticket and an invoice for an administrative charge of 40 pounds.
I paid the ticket directly to the issuing authority and then noticed that europcar had charged my credit card twice 40 pounds on the same date so I was charged 80 pounds.
I disputed the charge through my credit card company and Europcar refused to take away one of the charges.I have had to spend another 15 dollars to fax the credit card company my objection to my paying twice for this.
