We booked online using the airline link and the total was supposed to be $137 for 10 days. When we arrived we were given a total of $500 to include 'necessary' insurance.

The guy behind the counter also lied about the cost of a local toll road. He said they would deduct it from our credit card and it cost E4.50, in fact it costs E3.00. We were left stranded at the airport when we demanded a refund.

He tried to say $98 had already gone through, but we were adamant that it had not and he said we got it back. Remains to be seen!

WHY DOES THIS EUROPCAR STAFF MEMBER IS THE ONLY ONE WHO GETS AWAY WITH TALKING TO PEOPLE LIKE ***.

WHAT MAKES HIM SPECIAL, SOME PROFESSIONALISM WOULD BE NICE. FOR THE COMPANY NOT TO ACT THEY ARE PROMOTING THIS BEHAVIOUR AND THE PEOPLE WHO SUFFER THE MOST ARE STAFF MEMBERS. ESPECIALLY MEMBERS WHO ARE NOT PART OF HIS CIRCLE OR CLIQUE.
