Europcar - No Q/A procedure on Damaged Vehicles - Then Charging the Person who rents vehicle
I arrived in Brisbane from NZ on a tight schedule. upon my inspection of this vehicle before leaving airport. It was identified that this vehicle had some panel damage on the front of the vehicle that was not on detailed on the rental agreement.
If I had not inspected the car for damage it would of been charged to me......Thank you Europcar for making the damage my problem to sort after travel International and now doing the Q/A process for Europcar -
The time I had to spend resolving car issue was detrimental to my trip and to add to my dilemma, Europcar have over charged me for this rental.
