NEVER EVER use Europcar Portugal.
To start got smaller car than paid for on arrival. Refused to take it, so they changed it, gave us new paperwork with new car details, which also states the cost of fuel โฌ80.00. When we got home we were charged โฌ106.00. We have since been sent a charge for tolls and a "service " charge of another โฌ60.00. We owe โฌ1.85! We were assured by three different Europcar staff that there would be no "service" charge and the toll charge would be sent to us from the toll company....didn't happen....
The biggest problem is the lack of customer service..they are basically refusing to deal with us. They will not return emails or calls. When you ring they are very rude. We are getting nowhere and this is going on since mid June....
But we haven't given up and won't........
