We waited in line in the Larnaka airport for an hour and a half at the Europcar desk. We had a reservation for a car that we were charged for. When we got to the front of the line the man told us that they did not have any cars. He added that we would have to wait 2 - 3 hours to get a car...if one came in. We were not prepared to wait another 3 hours so we said that we would like to cancel the rental and get our money back.

I asked the man whether he was going to tell the many other people behind us in line that there are no cars and he said that his manager said he was not supposed to do that.

It is a week later and we still have not been refunded our money.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
