Europcar - Horrendous customer service/deliberate overcharging.

They submitted a report (Statement of return) with 3 photographs that shows no damage whatsoever and subsequently charged me 280 euros. When I attempted to call them to dispute I got directed to a phone number that does not work.
When I finally reached someone she refused to transfer me to customer service. Charging people for non-existent damage is fraudulent.
Original review posted by user Oct 18I picked up a rental car at Bari airport in Italy 6th of May, 2019. I returned the car two days later. No representative performed a walk around with me to assess existing damage and after I returned the car they submitted a damage report containing 3 photos of the rear of the vehicle that shows no damage whatsoever. When I called their customer service to dispute this charge I was told to call another number which does not work. When I finally reached a person they refused to help.
