After struggling with thier website i called their office at Heathrow. I wanted a meet and greet service for my arrival at Terminal 5.
Their representative recommended their 'Arrive and Drive' service at an extra cost of Â£20.00.
I had been guaranteed i would be met at T5, with nothing more needed than a signature and i would be on my way.
THIS IS NOT TRUE.......THERE WAS NO MEET AND GREET!!
After 30 minutes of calling various numbers i finally tracked down a man in a Europcar Kiosk that sits outside T5 near the bus pick-ups. He was tired and not at all helpful.
We did the paper work and then trekked with 2 trolleys of luggage to the furthest point of the car park where our car was.
This in itself was not a huge ordeal but why sell something that simply doesn't exist..?? Also the drop off is NOT AT THE TERMINAL AS I WAS PROMISED.
I have tried to communicate with Eurocar about this mis-sold service. They are more interested in keeping their Â£20 than keeping a customer satisfied.
I fly into Heathrow and rent cars every month, i will never use Europcar again.
